How much coffee do I get each month?

Each month you'll receive 12 oz of freshly roasted coffee. That's a pound of green coffee before we apply the roast curves. It's enough for roughly 24–30 cups, depending on your brew method and dose.

What is a microlot and why does it matter?

A microlot is a small, carefully selected batch of coffee from a single farm or specific plot within a farm. Unlike commodity blends, microlots are traceable, high-scoring, and often experimental, which means more complex flavor, better transparency, and a direct connection to the producer.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

After the first 3 months, you can pause or cancel at any time. This allows our roasters to plan the roast runs and adjust our supplies. This is a microlot roast, so coordination with the origins is critical to our ongoing quality and selection process. After the first 3 months, no contracts, no penalties, no calling a support line. We believe coffee should be frictionless.

When does my coffee ship each month?

We ship based on your order date each month. We roast in small batches and ship within 48 hours of roasting. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What roast level do you use?

Accepted Answer

We roast to highlight the origin character of each microlot, generally a medium or medium-light roast. Our approach is data-driven: we track temperature curves, density, and moisture to find the sweet spot for each bean. No dark, oily roasts here.

How do I know the origin, bean attributes, and roast details each month?

Accepted Answer

Every shipment includes detailed tasting notes, origin information, and roast data. We also publish a full roast log in our Library where you can explore the story behind each bean, the farm it came from, and the specific roast curve we applied. Do you offer gift subscriptions?
